Dear Human Resources Department,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Do Hoang Ngoc Han, and I am currently an undergraduate pursuing Commercial Business at University of Economics HCMC (with expected graduation in March 2024). I am proactively seeking a Learning & Development-related position and would like to express my keen interest in the position at your company.

First and foremost, I approach my learning with a determined and goal-oriented attitude, actively taking initiative and responsibility not only for my own personal development but also for fostering growth among my peers. Through extensive self-learning from reputable sources, I have gained fundamental knowledge of Learning & Development (especially Sales Force Training) and related topics. In addition, I have equipped myself with design and problem-solving skills through relevant coursework, planning to improve my data analysis skill to support my job.

Secondly, I have also applied my self-study knowledge and gain deeper insight as well as developing skills in my current role as a Sales Force Training Operation Trainee at Sanofi Vietnam. My working experience at Sanofi Vietnam provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment, training and development processes that support business operations. Although I haven't officially taken on an independent training program, with the knowledge acquired through learning from experienced training managers and direct observation of practical activities, I believe that given the opportunity and time to carry out, I can demonstrate the knowledge and skills I have accumulated.

Lastly, being the leader of various academic projects while also enrolling in multiple competitions nationwide in the fields of Debate, Business Simulation, Marketing, Event Planning... have equipped me with the essential skills required to excel in an internship position. I have honed my strategic thinking skills by developing ideas for marketing campaigns and planning events. Moreover, my negotiation skills have become better through collaborating with individuals to reach agreements. These experiences have also strengthened my organizational skills, teamwork skills, time management, communication and especially, my leadership skills.

With a quick and proactive approach to learning, I believe that my understanding of Business and proficiency in utilizing a diverse range of tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Express, Wix, etc. will enable me to make valuable contributions to your company's growth.
