Responsibility:

• Support the coordination and arrangement of training programs based on the annual plan: Induction training for newcomers, Knowledge & Skills coaching, Field coaching,Soft Skills Training,...

• Organize and supervise pre-during-post programs: Arrange classrooms, prepare materials/ equipments/papers, track attendance/performance, gather and analyze results & surveys,...

• Lead internal departmental or company-wide events: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan overall events, liaise with vendors, host the events,...

• Gather and analyze training data and create comprehensive reports for each training program.

• Responsible for translation, editing, and management of internal materials and language support for other teams using English-Vietnamese.

• Design all internal publications (invitations, reminders, announcements, thank-you letters, photos, videos,...) sent to support interaction throughout the programs.

• Handle, update, and manage the training/documentation database as required (contracts, agendas, Purchase Orders, coachee training data,...).

Result:

• Successfully supported the organization of 9 training programs company-wide, resulting in training outcomes for all coachees of over 99%.

• Successfully hosted bilingually 4 departmental and company-wide events: Employees Farewells, Happy Vietnamese Women’s Day, Happy Halloween.

• Monitored and ensured the smooth execution of programs, receiving 100% positive feedback and satisfaction rate from managers and medical representatives.

• Handled with absolute trust in overseeing 100% bilingual documents and internal content.

• Highly regarded for design & editing skills, having produced nearly 30 internal publications.
